While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock or an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Payment and Return Policy for Special Order Items
Special Order items are placed with the supplier on behalf of the customer by SashaFranke.com/Flychicks.net. We charge no fee for our Special Order program, however, payment for Special Order items will be charged at the time the order is placed by the customer. We cannot accept returns nor provide refunds for intimate apparel.
A low flat rate fee of $7.00 is available for all domestic shipments. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 2-7 days.
Express shipping is offered at a flat rate fee of $21.00. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 1-2 days.
We offer two methods of shipping for International shipments.
Customers may choose a flat shipping rate of $22.00 for Canadian shipments and $26.00 for all other international shipments. For Express shipping rate is $48.00. Please note, this shipping method is not guaranteed nor does it provide accurate tracking information. By choosing this lower cost shipping alternative, the customer assumes full responsibility for their package once SashaFranke.com/Flychicks.net delivers the shipment to the post office. This means that the customer has no recourse or claim against SashaFranke.com/flychicks.net for non-delivered orders and/or orders lost. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 6-15 days.
If items are back-ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. All backordered items ship out via standard delivery service.
Shipments include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer.
SashaFranke.com/Flychicks.net ships to any valid address, including, but not limited to: APO's, PO boxes, US territories and international destinations. Your packages are shipped via USPS. The shipment method is determined by the customer when placing their order and based on their shipping address and speed of service selected. What happens if my order is delayed before or after it has been shipped?
SashaFranke.com/Flychicks.net will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your order, and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government.
