Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Because this will be the only acknowledgment that you receive when ordering online, it is important that you accurately provide your e-mail address. While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock or an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. You will be notified by email of any backorders or discontinued items. Items marked with “Special Order” are items that are not stocked. These items are shipped from Europe, however, are made available to our customers. Special Order items are purchased by on behalf of the customer.

Payment and Return Policy for Special Order Items

Special Order items orders are placed with the supplier on behalf of the customer by  We charge no fee for our Special Order program, however, payment for Special Order items will be charged at the time the order is placed by the customer. We cannot accept returns on intimate apparel.

Domestic Shipments

A low flat rate fee of $7.00 is available for all domestic shipments. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 2-7 days depending where you are located. Free shipping is offered on orders $80.00 or more on domestic orders.

Express shipping is offered at a flat rate fee of $21.00. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 1-2 days depending where you are located.

International Shipments

We offer two methods of shipping for International shipments.

Customers may choose a flat shipping rate of $22.00 for Canadian shipments and $26.00 for all other international shipments. For Express shipping the rate is $48.00.  Please note, this shipping method is not guaranteed nor does it provide accurate tracking information. By choosing this lower cost shipping alternative, the customer assumes full responsibility for their package once delivers the shipment to the post office. This means that the customer has no recourse or claim against for non-delivered orders and/or orders lost. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 6-15 days

If items are back-ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.   All back-ordered items ship out via standard delivery service. The customer can cancel their order in 24 hours of knowing an item is back-ordered. A refund will be issued after the customer has canceled their order.

Shipments include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer

Shipping Terms ships to any valid address, including, but not limited to: APO's, PO boxes, US territories and international destinations.  Your packages are shipped via USPS. The shipment method is determined by the customer when placing their order and based on their shipping address and speed of service selected. Shipping and handling fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Our credit card transactions are always secure using the latest encryption technology. No shipment will be sent until the credit card information is confirmed accurate. For fraud protection all domestic and international orders are required to have matching billing and shipping addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS!

What happens if my order is delayed before or after it has been shipped? will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays in delivery of your order, and any associated damages, due to delays in carrier delivery, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, floods, fire, civil disobedience, lockouts, strikes, freight embargoes and acts of federal, state or local government.
