Returns and Exchanges Policy


In accordance with Health Regulations, There are NO returns or exchanges of Intimate Apparel. All sales are final. No Exceptions.

This policy is upheld for the protection of ALL our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is NEW and UNUSED at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions. Seller makes no representation or warranty of any kind, nature, or implied with respect to the merchandise.  Always double-check your size & color before placing your order. Look at our sizing chart to help you find the correct size.


Wrong Address / Unclaimed Items / Refused or Denied / Unauthorized Returns

Please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct address. If we ship an item and it is then returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will attempt to send your purchase again but shipping will have to be charged again.

If a package is returned to us "unclaimed" by the carrier, we will charge additional shipping before reshipping the order.

Orders refused or denied at delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item.


All lingerie items are subject to availability.


Shoes (coming soon)

Please remember to try on shoes on a carpeted surface. This will prevent any scuff marks or scratches on merchandise.

If for any reason you are not happy with your shoe purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 business days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 14 days for a merchandise credit.


All shoe returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn) in the original shoebox, free of damage and postal labels. Items shipped back with the shoebox used as a shipping box will not be accepted. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.


Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Exchange Shoes and Jewelry


Place a new order online

  1. Contact Customer Care at shop@sashafranke.com (Type in Subject Field EXCHANGE)

  2. Please reference your old and new order number

  3. Customer Care will waive the shipping fee on your new order

  4. Fill out the return form included inside the shipping box of the original item and mark the option for exchange.

  5. Return the original item within 7 business days from the date of receipt.


Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your order and return your items to the address listed below. Please include your Order# on the outside of the package:

Jewelry Return (coming soon)

All costume jewelry will eventually tarnish over time.  It will not change tomorrow; however, most if not all of our customers haven't complained about our jewelry tarnishing or peeling. With careful use, no perfume, lotions, liquids, and limits on direct sunlight, our jewelry has endured multiple uses and has kept our customers content. Some jewelry  may be lead and nickel compliant. We accept returns on new, unused, unworn items in their original condition, including all tags and other item packaging. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately for damages from the shipping carrier. All merchandise is inspected before shipping to the customer. This is to ensure accuracy and making sure the merchandise is in excellent condition before leaving SashaFranke.com. Any and all claims must be reported within 7 business days.

Any packages arrive damaged by the carrier, you will need to contact that carrier. Sashafranke.com will not be responsible for any packages that arrive damaged by the carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:


-All items purchased on sale or clearance are final

-Shoes that have been worn or taped on the bottom, damaged, not in original box, box used as a shipping box.

-Gift Cards

-All Lingerie

-Worn, broken, tarnished, damaged jewelry due to the customer are not returnable or exchangeable 


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds will only be given as CREDIT.  Please allow up to 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
